– When these conditions are not available then you should use some preservative to save the fruits.

Several common varieties are mainly being developed in Afghanistan consisting of grapes, apples, almonds, apricot, pomegranate, etc. 

Apricot is one of the common fruits in Afghanistan. This fruit is divided into two types : yellow and red apricots.

The yellowish colour apricot has an astringent taste and they do not dry as much as the red colour apricot. These red-colored apricots are sweeter and softer than the other one. There are many ways for drying this fruit, but the most popular way is spreading it on the ground.
