The reason is a form of administrative decision-making process related to the self-conscious change in regards to plans, behaviours, customs, values, institutions, and the ability for liberty and self-control.

Reasons for Acid reflux.

Acid reflux is a disease triggered by the rise of acid into the human oesophagus. Some of the reasons for Acid reflux include: 

  •  Pregnancy: Increasing rate of the women’s hormones mixed with pressure from the fetus is a reason for acid reflux in women during pregnancy. This is often severe in the third trimester and continues most times after delivery.
  • A hiatal hernia: Another reason for acid reflux is a stomach irregularity called a hiatal hernia, which happens in people of all age brackets known as A hiatal hernia. A hiatal hernia is the muscle wall dividing the patient’s abdomen from their chest and the quicker distribution of acid into the oesophagus.
  • Eating Disorder and Acid reflux meals: Intake of large portions of food or sleeping after a meal can trigger the symptoms of Acid reflux disease, like whooping cough or difficulty in swallowing. Foods that trigger Acid reflux signs and symptoms include Spicy food, Chocolates, Citrus fruits, Coffee, Fried foods, mints, Garlic, Onions, Tomato dishes, and Alcohol.
  • Take some muscle relaxers, aspirin, ibuprofen,  specific BP (blood pressure) medications.
  • Smoking: Smoking intensifies acid secretion, destroys 

mucus membranes, and

injures muscle reflexes in the throat.
