Three successors after Khizr Khan had taken the control of Delhi until it was replaced by the dynasty of Lodi. The dynasty of the Sayyid lasted only around 1451 as the Delhi Sultanate. The important factor of the Sayyid Dynasty has been associated with the importance of the different elements for the formation of the comeback of the Lodi dynasty in 1451. The significance of the Sayyid dynasty lasted only for 37 years in India. Warrior Timur’s invasion story in Delhi has changed the place for Sayyid also. Mubarak Shah who was also recognized as the son of Khizr Khan took the seat to rule Delhi for a few years.
