Why is AC current more dangerous than DC current?

Answer: Two types of current are classified as direct current and alternating current.

• The direct current has a fixed magnitude, and the current flow direction is fixed. 
• In alternating current, both the direction of the flow of current and the magnitude of the current keeps changing continuously. 
• The values of the magnitude and direction of the current change very frequently and AC.
• The AC is very harmful to human beings because the human heart has electrical impulses, and due to the frequently changing magnitude and direction of the alternating current, it will mess up with the heart’s electrical impulses. 
• It will result in a heart attack and eventually the death of the individual.
