What is Induced Current?

Electromagnetic induction takes place whenever a magnetic field, as well as a coil, moves relative to one another. The electromagnetic pressure occurs on the energetic particles on the inside of the coil, pushing them all along the coil inside one position. Current flows when the ends of the coil are closed. This current is referred to as an induced current.

Induced current formula

V=IR

  • v is the voltage
  • r is resistance
  • I is current
