How many elements does a triangle have?

Answer: Side, angle, & vertices are the essential components between a triangle.

Side – A line that connects two vertices to create the contour of a 2d and 3d shape is referred to as a shape’s side. A square, for instance, contains four aspects, a triangular three, as well as a hexagon six.

Angle – In Plane Geometry, an angle is indeed a figure created by 2 rays or lines that share the common endpoint. The Latin term “angulus,”meaning “corner,” is the source of the term “angle.”

Vertices – The spots where 2 or even more line segments and sides intersect in a shape are called vertices (like a corner). Vertex is indeed the single form of vertices. A cube, by example, has eight vertices while a cone only has one. Although vertices are occasionally referred to as corners, the term vertices is preferable when discussing 2d or 3d forms.
