Answer: There are some major differences between Himadri, Himachal, and Shivalik ranges. The Himadri is situated in the northernmost part of the Himalayas, Himachal lies in the central part that is in the central region whereas Shiwalik is situated in the southernmost region. The average height of the Himadri ranges is 6000 meters, that of Himachal ranges is 3700 to 4500 meters while that of the Shiwaliks is 900 to 1100 meters.
