The tiger was heedless to the guests because he viewed humans as devoid of emotions. He doesn’t like any soul present out there because no one has ever tried to help him get out of those iron bars.
As his freedom had been confined, the tiger was infuriated.
He was impotent to demonstrate his temper and violence since he was imprisoned.
If he were free, he would have meandered the woodlands searching for prey or petrified villagers who live at the edge of the woodlands.
But, he was imprisoned in a cage. His brawniness has also been imprisoned, so he is utterly powerless.
