Who were the two main leaders of the Khilafat Movement

Shaukat Ali and Muhammad Ali are two young brothers who started the Khilafat Movement and are the main leaders of the khilafat movement.

  • Khilafat movement or the Caliphate movement, which is mainly known as the Indian Muslim movement between 1919–24, the movement was a pan-Islamist political movement campaign tossed by the Muslims of British India directed by Shaukat Ali and Maulana Mohammad Ali.
  • The Khilafat movement was a protest which was against the endorsements placed on the Ottoman and caliph Empire after the First World War.
  • The movement was distorted by late 1922.
