Ans:- The poorest of the poor are the infant children, the older persons, women, and female children.
If the family is poor, then the person who suffers harder than others are the infants, elders, and the women.
A family is considered poor if they don’t have the things which are essential for life like sufficient food, cloth, water, and other necessities.
The reason why people are poor
There are certainly many reasons why many people do not get success in life. These are the reasons –
- Inequality between people – The gender inequality between boys and girls, inequality because of status, inequality between cast, religion, etc.
- The malnutrition and hunger problems are also one of the causes of poorness.
- Illiteracy and hidden knowledge are also the cause of poorness or poverty.
- The hygiene and sanitation, and cleanness problems.
- Climate and poor infrastructure.
The poorest of poor
The poor are the persons who do not have or get the minimum basic essential needs of life. The reason for considering women, the elder, and infants as poor is because if a main person of the family is not able to earn as per their requirement, these people are the person who suffers very much harder.
Some of the examples are as follows-
- Vendors, beggars, labourers, rag pickers, women selling vegetables on the streets, and the family who belong to a backward society.
- They do not have the basic necessities of life like a house, cloth, food, air, water, etc.
