Answer: It was on 14th of july,1789 when the Bastille prison was stormed and it was stormed because of the need of gunpowder and weapons. There were 7 prisoners inside the prison and when the prison was stormed, the prisoners were released and the commander was killed. The building was completely demolished. The building housed a large amount of gunpowder and weapons.
