What is the Article 124?

Answer: The Indian constitution has Article 124. This article focuses on the constitution and the establishment of the supreme court. The statement of the article is such that a supreme court of India should be present, and it should comprise chief justice of India and a panel of judges which should not increase by seven. They have to be allotted by the parliament.

             This law also states that the president will be the one who will be responsible for appointing the judges of the supreme court by a warrant under his responsibility. A judge may remain or hold the office till he reaches the age of sixty-five years.
