The resources that are developed and ready to use are known as developed resources. These are also the resources that are being used in the present time. A few examples of developed resources are rivers, lakes, forests, petroleum, fruits, and many others. The forests are the richest sources of developed resources as it provides fruits, shelter, wood, etc. 

Coal is used for thermal energy and petroleum is used to run vehicles and machines in factories.
