How is a globe useful to us?

Answer: A globe shows the distribution of land and water on the surface of the planet earth. It represents the shape, size, and location of the oceans and continents. It is a three-dimensional sphere that acts as a model of the earth. 

Limitations of The Globe: 

1. A globe does not give an accurate idea of the distance between two places.
2. A globe is too small to depict the actual size of an area.
3. It is not easy to carry from one place to another. 
4. The features of a place are not shown on the globe, for example, the climate and the vegetation of a place.
