Answer: In 1815, the Treaty of Vienna was a formal agreement between Great Britain, Prussia, Russia and Austria, the allied powers, to draw a European settlement. The main agenda of the treaty was to revert the changes that were brought in time by Napolean wars in the European Union. This resulted in The Bourbon dynasty coming back to power and France losing the right to territories that it had captured under the rule of Napoleon.
