Answer: There is a difference between wedding and marriage anniversary as wedding anniversary refers to that date that makes everyone remember a particular ceremony that lead to marriage or a pre-nuptial ceremony to celebrate a holy union and marriage anniversary refers to that date which makes everyone remember the date on which they actually got married. This was the difference between the 2 terms. But in most of the country, these both terms have the same meaning.
