Since, Prince is a male gender noun, the femake gender of the noun would be Princess.

In the English language, different nouns are assinged to denote three types of genders which are male, female and neuter. 

Although, some nouns are very commonly used as part of our daily conversations that do not directly hint at any particular sex like, Royals, Monarchs, Dynasts in case of a majestic lineage. However, to be particular, we can refer to Prince, Princess, King and Queen to denote a specific individual.
