What is The Electron Configuration of Aluminium

Answer : The atomic number of Aluminium is 13. And the total no. of electrons present in Aluminium is equal to its atomic number. As a result, the first 2 electrons get filled in 1s orbital, the next two electrons will get filled in 2s, 6 electrons will go into 2p orbital, 2 electrons will go into 3s and then the last electron will go into 3p orbital.

Therefore, the electronic configuration of Aluminium is  1s²2s²2s²2p63s²3p¹.
