The formula unit mass of Na2O is calculated as the sum of the atomic mass of two atoms of sodium i.e 2x23u and the atomic mass of Oxygen i.e 16u. Hence, the value comes out to be 62u. The formula unit mass of K2CO3 is calculated as the sum of the atomic mass of  two atoms of potassium i.e  2x39u and the atomic mass of carbon i.e 12u and the atomic mass of three Oxygens i.e 3 x16u.
