Write the full form of ATP and ADP

ATP is converted into ADP + Phosphate. Here it should be mentioned that the full form of ADP is adenosine di-phosphate. The energy that holds the phosphate atom is currently accessible and deliverable for accomplishing the cell’s work. At a specific point when the cell has a certain amount of additional energy, the energy is stored by reattachment of free particles of phosphates to adenosine diphosphate and hence it is transformed back to adenosine triphosphate. Here it should be mentioned that the ATP atom is quite similar to a powered battery.

In simple words, ADP can be defined as an organic compound that is released from ATP. ADP and some other phosphate groups are responsible for releasing and storing a certain amount of energy within a particular organism. ADP comprises Adenosine and two phosphate groups that are found in DNA. Here it should be noted that adenine should combine with a sugar molecule for becoming a compound known as adenosine. When the combination of one phosphate group takes place with adenosine then it is known as AMP or adenosine monophosphate. When the combination of two phosphate groups and adenosine occurs then it is known as ADP or  adenosine di-phosphate. Lastly when adenosine combines with three phosphate groups then it is known as ATP or adenosine triphosphate. For releasing energy ATP breaks to ADP and ADP eventually breaks down to AMP for releasing more energy.
