Answer : Protective food is referred to as the food which protects our body from infectious bacteria and germs. Protecting from these harmful viruses and bacteria, protective foods are full of proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, fibres, fat and carbohydrates. These foods are essential to being healthy and building the immunity to fight disease-causing agents.
