What is menstruation? Explain

Answer:  Menstruation, or duration, is normal vaginal bleeding that occurs as part of a woman’s menstrual cycle. Every month your body prepares for pregnancy. If pregnancy does not occur, the uterus or uterus strips its inner layer. Menstrual blood is part of the blood and tissue from within the uterus. It leaves the body through the vagina. 

This period usually begins between the ages of 11 and 14 and continues until menopause around the age of 51. It usually lasts 3 to 5 days.
