Answer: Epiblema is mainly the outer covering of roots, which forms the single layer of the parenchyma cells which are compactly been arranged. The imperfect-shaped epidermis of the true epiblema gives a position for submerging into the plants and also on the limbs that get developed in the roots. Most of the cells of the epiblema protrude are like the unicellular root hair.
