(ii) Intercalary meristem was indeed found in the node region as well as is most prominent in monocotyledons, such as grasses. It is found between the permanent tissues, as the name implies.

(iii) The meristem which runs all along the longitudinal axis of the stem and root is known as the lateral meristem. Examples of lateral meristem include vascular cambium as well as cork cambium.
