Watermelon is ———— Creeper/Climber

Answer: Watermelon is a creeper plant.

Creepers- They are the plants that creep on the ground. Their stems cannot support the weight of the plant as they are very fragile, thin and long. Strawberry, pumpkin and sweet potatoes are other examples of creeper plants.

Creepers require room for growth. They cannot grow vertically or climb without any support. The stems of these plants are known as prostrate stems that can climb also if provided with strong support.

Watermelons are vines that creep along the ground. They need proper air circulation and a good amount of water to grow without any risk of disease.
