List the Names of External and Internal Organs of your Body

Answer: External organs are the organs that allow us to perceive the world. These are also called  sense organs and are vital aspects of our bodies because they provide us with information about our environment.

List of  External Organs is given below:

The human body relies on main internal bodily organs to conduct certain important activities in order to survive and reproduce. When two or more organs, as well as their supporting components, operate together, they form a body system.

List of Internal Organs is given below: 

  • Brain – The brain is located withi the skull and is known to be the control centre of the nervous system. 
  • Lungs – These are two sponge-like structures that are cone in shape filling most of the chest cavity, and are responsible for providing oxygen through the air inhaled to the bloodstream and to also exhale carbon dioxide. 
  • Liver – The liver is located beneath the diaphragm on the right side of the abdominal cavity. Its primary duty is to process the components of the blood in order to maintain the same composition.
  • Bladder – In the pelvic cavity, the bladder is a muscular organ. It expands to hold urine and contracts to let it out.
  • Kidneys – Their role is to keep the body’s chemical equilibrium in check by excreting waste and excess fluid via urine.
  • Heart – The heart is a hollow, muscular organ with repetitive, rhythmic contractions that pump blood via the blood arteries.
