Explain What is the Difference Between Healthy and Disease Free

Healthy

Disease free

Both healthy and being disease free are two states of normal human beings. A person is said to be healthy if he/she is in a state of complete physical, mental, emotional and psychological wellbeing.

Disease free is a state of the absence of any discomfort in the human body. So, technically if a person is healthy, he/she is disease free.

Being healthy depends on socio-economic and environmental factors

Being disease free completely depends on the individual

A healthy person is usually energetic and very active

The performance of a disease-free person depends upon other factors.
