Explain The Principle of Immunisation

Answer: Our body has a natural mechanism of producing antibodies because of the immune response when a pathogenic microbe or foreign body enters into the human body. The process of immunisation is by administering weak or dead microbes into the body, which in turn produces the necessary antibodies to fight off the dead pathogens.

This is memory specific, so once the body encounters a certain pathogen, it remembers the encounter, and when the body is affected by this microbe, consequently for the second time, our body produces antibodies which are powerful enough to kill the microorganisms. This is how immunisation works. It is beneficial for fighting off disease-causing pathogens.
