Define Breathing and Explain the Mechanism of Breathing in Human Being

Answer: Breathing is the physical process in which we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide through the lungs. Two processes occur in the mechanism of breathing in the human being which include inspiration and expiration. In the inspiration process, the diaphragm and external muscles both contract while in expiration both diaphragm and external muscles get to relax. This way it changes the volume of air inside the lungs and then pressure gets changed. If the pressure inside the lungs is more then the air goes out, and if it is low then air comes in.
