Recently, the Government of India has made the Geo-Portal known as ‘PARIMAN’ open to the Public.
About PARIMAN
- It is a Geo-portal for the National Capital Region(NCR)
- Developed by: National Informatics Centre (NIC)
- Purpose: For the purpose of effective utilization of Remote Sensing and GIS technology
- Significance: This Geo-Portal will help to improve decentralized planning and management in the NCR region.
- Features: The Portal consists of around 179 Layers presented as Line, Point & Polygon features covering details of various sectors like Land Use, Transport, Industries, Water, Power, Health, Shelter, Heritage & Tourism, Disaster Management, etc.
