UGC NET Hindi Syllabus 2023 – Overview

A national-level test is required to be eligible for a Junior Research Fellowship or the position of Assistant Professor. There are several disciplines available for the UGC NET test, and candidates are free to select their subjects based on their interests and educational backgrounds. Hindi is one such subject. Paper III was removed from the official test schedule in 2018. Due to this considerable modification, the updated test format only contains General Aptitude (Paper I) and Paper II (Subject Paper). Furthermore, as opposed to the prior Pen and Paper-based format, the NTA currently administers the UGC NET Hindi test using CBT Based online mode.

  • For 100 and 200 marks, 50 questions will be drawn from Paper I and 100 from Paper II, respectively.
  • In 2020, the cut-off for the UGC NET in Hindi was 97.22 percentile. In contrast, the combined cycle cut-off for 2020-2021 was 63.33%. However, the cut-off scores fluctuate depending on the candidate category.
