The National Testing Agency conducts the UGC NET examination. This examination is conducted by the agency twice a year, in June and December, for Jr. Research Fellowship and Lectureship. The UGC NET 2023 exam was conducted by the NTA between June 13 to 22, 2023 in two phases. NTA released the admit card for the UGC NET June cycle Phase 1 on June 10, 2023, on the official website: ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

UGC NET 2023 Application Form

The registration window for the UGC NET was available from the 10th to the 31st of May 2023. After the window closed, the application correction window was made available to the UGC NET June 2023 candidates. The correction window was available on the 2nd and 3rd of June 2023. This was to enable the candidates to make any necessary corrections to their applications. The steps are mentioned below.

#Step 1 – Visit the website – www.ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

#Step 2 – Log in using your application number and password.

#Step 3 – Select the Correction in Application Form link.

#Step 4 – Follow the instructions and select the Agreement box.

#Step 5 – Make the correction.

#Step 6 – Pay the fee.

#Step 7 – Submit the application form.

Corrections Allowed in the Application Form

Candidates are allowed to make only specific changes in the UGC NET Application Form.

Candidates who have verified their Adhaar

Candidates who have verified their Adhaar can make changes to either their father’s name or their mother’s name.
