NTA UGC Admit Card
A Master’s degree as in a relevant topic from a recognised university is required of all applicants. The maximum age for JRF has indeed been raised from 30 to 31 years old. The candidate should have a Master’s degree with a minimum of 55 percent. To apply for the UGC NET, fill out the UGC NET Registration Form.
The awarding of the eligibility requirements for a Junior Research Fellowship / Assistant Professorship are based upon that candidate’s performance overall in UGC-NET Exams I & II. Applicants who only satisfy the Assistant Professorship criteria would not be eligible for a JRF. Applicants who passed the Assistant Professor eligibility test have been subject towards the applicable university/college/state government laws & restrictions for Assistant Professor recruitment.
AGE RELAXATION
- Researchers may be granted a period of relaxation of up to 5 years, but only upon production of the certificate from proper authorities
- Candidates having an L.L.M. degree would be allowed a three-year age relaxation
- Applicants who’ve already served within armed services would be eligible for a 5-year period of relaxation, subject to the duration of service within military services June 1, 2022
- Under no circumstances will the overall age relaxation here on following grounds exceed five years
ADMIT CARD FOR UGC NET
For each applicant who has successfully enrolled for UGC NET 2022, the NTA will issue an admit card. On the official website, the UGC NET Admit Card would be accessible. The day of exam, the Admit Card must be brought.
Candidates should bring at least two copies of the admission cards to the test. Without even a valid Admit Card, no applicant will be allowed to take the exam.

PROCEDURES TO DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD
Step 1: Go to the UGC NET official website.
Step 2: Select Download Admit Card from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Fill in the relevant information, such as the application number, birth date, & security pin, as shown on the display.
Step 4: Select Submit from the drop-down menu.
Step 5: Open the UGC NET Admit Card, download it, and print it.
EXAM PATTERN
The internet CBT mode is used to administer the UGC NET in 2 parts. To pass the test, candidates must pass both the papers. The UGC NET Examination is a multiple-choice computer-based examination.
There are two papers in the test. Paper 1 of the UGC NET is required of all applicants, whereas Paper 2 requires the candidates to pick a topic.
EXAM DAY GUIDELINES
Mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are not permitted in the exam room.
Food and water are not permitted in the testing centre.
You must put on a facial mask & keep a clear bottle of sanitizer in the pocket.
Candidates must arrive 2 hours plus thirty minutes prior to the exam start time just at the testing centre and comply with invigilating personnel during the frisking procedure. Students will not exit the hall before 10 a.m. during the first part of a test, and not before 1 p.m. during the second session.
APPLICATION FORM
The UGC NET Application Form is now available in an online format. The deadline for submitting applications is April 30, 2022. The deadline to submit for May 20, 2022.
Candidates must fill in the data in the same manner as they did on their tenth grade report card.
Every registered candidate receives an individual rectification service from NTA. From May 21 through May 23, 2022, the official website will be accessible for corrections. Candidates will be allowed to correct any errors they made when filling out application forms. Candidates will not be able to correct once the deadline for the corrections facility has passed.
After the deadline, no applicants will be permitted to submit their applications.
Candidates should print a copy of the completed application form as well as the receipt of payment for future reference.
Any change or inconsistency may result in the application form being rejected.
