Postcard Size Photo for NEET 2024 

For NEET, the National Testing Agency (NTA) requires candidates to upload a postcard-sized photo during the application process. The postcard-sized photo should have a width of 4.5 cm and a height of 3.5 cm. It should be a recent, clear, and colored photograph with a white background, showcasing the candidate’s full face without any accessories or covering. It is important to follow the specific instructions provided by the NTA to ensure the photo meets the required specifications.

NEET Passport Size/ Postcard-size Photo 2024 Specifications

  • The passport-size photograph should be a recent photograph
  • The name of the candidate and the date when the photograph was taken should be mentioned on it. 
  • It should have a white background
  • The photograph should be clear. 80 percent of the face should be visible
  • The ears of the candidate should be clearly visible in the photograph
  • The candidate can keep wearing the spectacles in the photograph. The photograph should be clear without any reflection or shadow.
  • Candidates should not be wearing any caps or goggles
  • It should not be polaroid or computer-generated.

  • Latest Passport size Photograph
  • Dimension – 3.5cm x 4.5cm          
  • JPG format                                            
  • Size – 10 kb to 200 kb
  • Post Card size photograph 
    • Dimension – 4” x 6”

How to Upload NEET 2024 Photo in the Given Format?

Candidates need to upload the images using the upload button as follows:

  • First, click on the browse option
  • Then, a new computer window will open.
  • Select the photo
  • Click on upload 

Note: Candidates are advised to keep at least 4 passport and postcard size photos ready for future use.

NEET 2024 Photo Correction

Follow the below-mentioned steps for NEET photo correction: 

Step 1 – Login to the NEET applicant portal using your application number and password. https://neet.nta.nic.in/ 

Step 2 – Click on the ‘upload photograph/signature’ option

Step 3 – Upload the correct NEET images and verify the same

Step 4 – Click on submit

Step 5 – You will receive an OTP on your registered email ID and mobile number. Enter the OTP.

Step 6 – A correction slip will be generated.

Step 7 – Download and take a printout 

The official notification for NEET 2024 is yet to be released. Candidates are advised to visit the official website regularly for the latest updates.
