Coordinate of Rectangle System

The Coordinate of Rectangle System is a system in which points are denoted on a two-dimensional Cartesian coordinate plane. It is represented by the horizontal axis being x, and the vertical axis being y. The origin (0,0) lies at the intersection of both axes. The Coordinate of Rectangle System was first defined by the French Mathematician Jules Henri Poincaré in 1913. The coordinates of a rectangle are formed by the four Cartesian coordinates .
