Introduction

(a) encourage global peace and security;

(d) motivate the peace agreement of international conflicts through arbitral proceedings. 

Man-Made Deaths In The Twentieth Century:

Since World War II, 81 countries have fought 199 wars, with 69 countries having to serve as direct combatants. Mr Gil Elliot, who made a genuine effort to consider man-made lives lost in the twentieth century, happened to come up with a total of 110 million deaths globally from 1900 to 1970. 38 million service members were included in the estimate. It implies that one out of every 30 humans on the planet was killed at the hands of government lawbreaking. 

More people have been killed in middle east wars and Africa since 1970. India will be no exception, having been tried to attack a few times and becoming the target of cross-border terrorist attacks in which large numbers have died. Article 51:

In such a world, the essence of Article 51, as adopted in the Indian Constitution, provides a shining light and tends to reflect a genuine effort to maintain global peace and security by wanting to avoid wars and conflicts in the interest of the national human species.

The advancement of science, technology, transportation, communication, and advanced telecommunications have led the world together like a ‘globalized world.’ Therefore, these advancements ask for a new global order that is only feasible by sustaining global peace and security as perceived by Article 51 of India’s Constitution.

Current Problems Of The World’s & Country’s Current Issues:

The current problems of the world’s & country’s current issues are as follows. These problems can impact the general civilization. These problems can only be remedied by a logical perspective and consciousness, taking into consideration all decisions or law.

• A humongous stockpile of nuclear weapons competent of seriously damaging the entire globe numerous times, 
• Hazard of higher and lower intensity military conflicts between many nations, 
• Terrorist acts, including cross-border terrorism,
• Demarcation, 
• Ethnocultural disagreements, 
• Political and economic problems, 
• Ecological pollution, 
• Environmental damage,
• Problems of religious disagreements
