This study is based on the “Vienna Convention” which occurred in the year 1985 and this convention is arranged to discuss “ozone depletion” and related problems. Besides this, the convention has also discussed the impact of the depletion of Ozone on the environment and human health. This study discusses the purpose and objects of this “Vienna convention” and besides this, this also discusses the framework which is made for the convention. This convention is done to control the actions which are done by various countries that impact the “Ozone layer” of the Earth. Depletion of ozone layer impact on the environment and health of the human and to stop this “Vienna convention” is arranged.

Vienna convention 1985

In the year 1985, the “Vienna Convention” was arranged and signed in Colombia” and this convection was arranged about the Ozone problems. This is also discussed as a framework that is made to solve problems that are related to the ozone problems. This convention is arranged with the corporations of the various states and decisions are made by the scientific assessment research work. To understand the problems there are some “appropriate measurements” being done on the ozone layers and activities of humans. This convention is arranged to research the activities which are resulting in the depletion of ozone. This convention is making some “policies” and “activities” that help to stop the depletion of the ozone layer.

A group of researchers who are working under the protocol of “UNSP” to identify the problems which are happening as a result of “ozone depletion”. The protocol which is followed by those teams is called the “Montreal Protocol“. Those tests and scientific research helped to identify the causes of “ozone depletion” and made the actions that helped to stop the actions that resulted in “ozone depletion”. Countries that are taking part in these conventions have signed the framework to stop those activities which are causing “ozone depletion”.

Purpose and objective of Vienna convention

The main objective of the “Vienna Convention” is “to promote cooperation using systematic observations, research and information exchange on the effects of human activities on the ozone layer”. Another objective of the “Vienna convention is “to adopt legislative or administrative measures against activities likely to have adverse effects on the ozone layer.” Those objectives are created by the convention which is arranged in Colombia and those are made to control the harmful activities of humans. There are some key elements in the framework of “Vienna convention” and those help to complete the objective of the convention. This convention made a treaty framework to complete the research which is related to the effects of “Ozone depletion” and causes of “Ozone depletion”.

The convention controls the development process in such a way that facilitates cooperation. The purpose of the convention is to complete the research with scientific assessment and appropriate research for understanding the causes of the depletion of the ozone layer. Another purpose of the convention is to understand the biological effects of depletion of ozone and to analyse the impact of this depletion of ozone on the health of humans.

Vienna convention on the law of treaties

The “Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties‘ ‘ is an agreement that is made internationally to regulate treaties between various states. This is also known as the “Treaty on treaties” which helps to establish the rules, comprehension, and procedure. Those treaties discuss the procedure which helps the states to follow these treaties. Those help to understand the treaties and interpret this and the international treaty is defined as the “written agreement between international law subjects reflecting their consent to the creation, alteration, or termination of their rights and obligations”. VCLT or “Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties” is the most important treaty law which helps the countries to improve the environment and policies which are related to this.

Several articles are related to the treaty of Vienna conventions like articles “1”, “26”, “53”, and “62”. Those articles help to understand the guidelines and ways in which the activities are completed. Those treaties are applied in the various states which help various intergovernmental organizations to follow the rules.

Conclusion

It is concluded, this study is focused on the “Vienna convention, 1985” which was done for discussion on “Ozone depletion and its effects“. This study is identifying the objectives of the “Vienna Convention” and besides this the purpose of the convention. The objects are to observe research and analyze the causes and effects of depletion of Ozone on human health. Another objective which is found in the study is to adopt such activities which help to stop the depletion of Ozone. This measurement helps the environment of the Earth to improve more and helps to identify the activities which impact the ozone layer of the earth. Therefore it is concluded the convention is quite successful and analyzed the accusations of the depletion of ozone and tried to solve this.
