Role and Importance of Montreal Protocol

Montreal Protocol is engaged on the substances which deplete the ozone layer, and it is an international agreement which took place in 1987. Basically, the protocol has been taken to reduce the production and import of ozone depleting substances, and also it helps to reduce the harmfulness in the atmosphere, and the ozone layer of the earth can be protected and it can be good. ODS is considered the greenhouse gas which has a strong impact on climate changing and the changes in the existing environment. For this reason, it can be said that, chlorofluorocarbons and other ozone depleting substances are the main cause which can hamper the ozone layer, and it has a strong impact on society, and it hampers the ozone layer, and it hampers the environment as well.

ODS emissions reduction hampers the environment and it can create a threat for the citizens and the agreement helps to control the production and consumption of ozone. It is important to regulate the production of ozone, as it can also be said that ozone depletion is considered as the early warning which can reduce the ecosystem, and the balance of the environment can also be hampered badly. The agreement is an international agreement which takes place between many countries of the world, and it is appreciated by many countries, so that it helps to reduce the ozone depletion.
