Introduction

The department of the ecology and environment of the country has been facing a few problems with big birds such as the Great Indian Bustard. Recently, the data suggest that often the big birds have been facing the problems of changing their paths and this is a reason behind they have been often colliding with small birds. Moreover, the small birds die due to the collision with the big bird. In order to reduce the collision of the big bird with the small bird, the government and ministry of the environment have decided to use bird diverters to change the direction of the big birds. The bird diverters have been installed on the power line in the area where they are living.

Uses of bird diverters

In order to reduce the collision of the birds and the death of the small bird due to accidents with big birds, bird diverters have been used for the purpose of reflecting the bird species. The big bird has not been able to change their direction due to their weight so, in that scenario, bird diverters change the direction of the path of the big bird in order to avoid the accident with the small bird. Moreover, it is an obvious fact that the small birds are often able to change their direction as they want but in the case of big birds, they are not able to change their direction because they have not only a greater mass but also have a large body in comparison to the small bird. Furthermore, bird diverters are often called bird flight diverters because they have been used to change the path of bird movement. In India, it has been used to divert the big birds like Great Indian Bustard to divert their movement and path. Recently, it has been seen that some of the big and small bird has been entering in danger zone and after that, they do not have to able to change their movement and so in this case, the use of the bird diverters has been also able to reduce the death of the big birds or small birds also.

Relation between bird diverters and the environment

The bird flight diverters have been often used in those areas that are generally notorious for the danger zone because of the high voltage current or firing zone. Moreover, by the use of the diverters, the government and concerned ministry has been able to keep away the birds from the danger zone and in this way they are able to save the endangered bird of the country. Recent data of the country has been suggesting that the birds that have been passing within the danger zone are not able to change the path, especially those birds that have a larger mass and are big in their size. Moreover it is an obvious fact that big and high weight birds are not able to change the path of the movement so they have been often getting in an accident. In this scenario, the bird diverters have been able to change the direction of the bird movement and this way it has saved the life of the bird species by getting into any accident.

Bird diverters use in the perspective of Great Indian Bustard

Recently, the concerned ministry has installed these bird diverters in the areas that are habitats for a specialised or endangered bird species. Moreover, it has been used to divert the direction of the big birds like the Great Indian Bustard. Furthermore, it has been a good and effective step of the government to install bird flight diverters in the area of the habitat of this specified bird. In order to reduce accidents in the danger zone, this kind of technology has been used. In the case of India, the government has used such a technology and also installed many bird diverters in the regions of the inhabitants of the great Indian bustard. After the installation of these in the region of Pokhran, the accident rate of the big birds, as well as the small bird, has been reduced because these have been able to divert the direction of the bird movement.

Conclusion

The environment ministry of the country to change the path of the big birds that are not able to change their path quickly has recently introduced the bird diverters. Moreover, these are also regarded as bird flight diverters because these are mainly used for the purpose of a reflector and used to change the direction and restrict the bird from a danger zone.

Ans: The bird diverters have been mainly used to change the path of the birds, especially those birds that have a heavyweight. Moreover, the birds that have a large mass are not able to change direction quickly so the accident always has occurred in case they are entering a danger zone of firing or the zone of high electricity supply.

Ans: In order to run this equipment, high electricity has been needed. These can only be installed on the electricity and usually have been installed in the inhabitant regions of the endangered bird. Moreover, since these are able to change the path of the bird so the bird species has been restricted from entering the dangerous area and this way it has been reducing the accident of the bird.

Ans: Recently the region of Pokhran tehsil has been installed to reduce the accident of big birds like great Indian Bustard.

Ans: Altogether, there is no harmful impact on the environment to use these as a path changer and to reduce the aviation accident of the birds.
