Biological factors

The personality of humans depends on the biological factors of humans. The child is born in a family and they learn many things from their families such as courage, intelligence, and weakness from their parents. The child gets the physical and the psychological character from their parents. 

Social factors

The child grows and they meet with people present in the society. They talk with each other in society; a good society helps them to develop their personality. A good society can provide good personality development to the person similarly a bad society provides the bad personality development of the child. 

Cultural factors

Individuals adopt the personality learned from their culture. The culture of the society determines the behavior of the individuals, if they live in a good culture they can learn a good thing from their culture and they can use them for their personality development. 

Physical environment

The physical environment also determines the personality development of the people. Factors included in the environment are a person living on the mountain and another person living beside the river has different personality development. 

Situational factors

The development of the personality of the individuals depends on the social situation. The change in society and the individuals have to adopt the change to develop their personality. Every person has to face a different situation in their life however; the decision taken by them decides the personality development of the individuals. 

Linguistic socio-psychological and organizational barriers to the communication

In any organization, communication is the most important skill to share their knowledge; the communication should be clear and timely to get the benefits of the communication in the organization. Sometimes there are barriers in the communication that creates difficulties for the employee. Social-psychology is the barrier to communication with organizations. The barriers in communication are professional status, languages, and the different people following the different religions. The barriers in communication develop due to the different behavior of the human body and mind. The barriers in communication also include poor eyesight and hearing difficulties that create difficulties in communication. The different types of Socio-psychological barriers are emotions, which are the most important issues during the communication between an individual and more. 

The communication between them directly affects the thinking of the individual and they can understand the feelings of others. The fear and the anger can put a bad impact on their communication. Opinions and attitudes constantly disagree with the opinion provided by the colleague on professional matters can put a bad impression on their communication. The difference in status is another barrier to the communication that emerges in the organization. In the workshop the employees work in different positions, therefore, they are not able to be friendly communicating with their seniors which creates barriers between the employee and their managers.  Attention issues, the individuals do keep attention on the words between their communication and they are not able to understand the feelings of the others. Lack of attention during their communication creates barriers in their communication. 

The psychological and socio-cultural foundation of guidance

Psychology is the study of people on their behavior and their feelings. The personality development of the child can be improved by the following five stages provided by the Psychoanalytic theory. In behavioral theory, they can change the behavior of the students from bad students to good ones. The teacher can guide them to improve their personality development. The consecutive theory focuses on the changing feeling of the people. The theory is based on nature and solves the problem based on environmental factors. The individuals have to develop a helping nature among the students and they show humanity in the future. They can focus on helping nature, avoid the bad things in their life, and help others. 

They have to improve their social interaction. If they do not interact with society they have to face problems in the future. They have to accept the behavior performed by society. If the students maintain good behavior with their society then they can ignore being lazy, dishonest in their life. They have to judge the people present in the society and stay away from those people that can affect their reputation. There is no sense if they feel unhappy and depressed all the time, they have to try to be like others and stay happy with their life.
