Scientific innovation is now a pillar of any country and the development process of the country also depends on different policies and programs that are directly or indirectly related to the innovation program of the country. The national policy on S&T is mainly developed in 2003 to control unethical innovation programs and promote ethical development programs. The government of India has also reconstructed the “national policy on S&T” to boost different programs in different schools and colleges. This type of innovation program is more conducted in schools and colleges. The new policy gives more freedom to schools and research institutes to focus on scientific innovation programs.

Science and technology mainly consists of different activities that are performed through the use of the latest technology and gadgets. Mainly this type of program is conducted in different authorized research institutions and educational institutions. Besides, this type of program also promotes innovations and technology that are developed by the new generation. The “National Science and Technology Institute” is situated in Berhampur of Odisha in India. Where more than 4500 students are involved in different types of scientific research programs and experiment with their ideas and thinking. Nevertheless, the first technology institute named “Indian Institute of Technology” was developed by education minister Maulana Abul Kalam Azad ” on 18th august 1951 in Kharagpur of West Bengal. This technology institute contributes massively to the different development processes of India. Therefore the government also gives different types of support such as financial and non-financial to increase intuition performance and size.
Role of national technology innovation program in the growth of the country
The innovation programs of different technology institutes give massive contributions to business and healthcare growth in India. The Healthcare infrastructure of any country is mainly affected by the innovation and science technology of that country. Any country wants to develop a better health infrastructure and educational system to boost the development status of the country. If a country fails to develop new technology and innovation in that country, that country will import that technology and innovation from another country, which is an expensive step for any country. Besides, the innovation program also contributes to the business development process of the country. The government is also launching the STIP 2020 program to reorient Science technology in different institutes in India. This is the main policy regarding “technology and innovation” in the country. Nevertheless, the Indian government is also developing policies and giving freedom to different national institutes such as ISRO and DRDO. Whereas ISRO is involved to conduct and perform different space-related innovation programs that are developed to identify different types of natural resources in space. Further, “National policy on S&T” also controls different unethical experiments and innovations that harm a country’s economic status.
Importance of “scientific technology and innovation” in a future development program
The future development status of any country is also deducted through innovation and scientific research programs. This type of program gives new resources and technology to perform business operations and identify different factors that give a negative impact on the country. Besides, different organizations now focus on space innovation and use space for their different business purposes. For example, Tesla has now developed different space stations to develop an effective communication network. This type of technology has played a massive role in development in any country’s development status. Further, it is observed that nowadays any country is more aware of different natural incidents and risks that are possible through “latest scientific innovation and technology”.

Therefore a country is required to develop a policy and rules that control “scientific research and innovation” in a country. Further, the Indian government is also developing some rules and regulations that control all activities that are under scientific innovation. The government is also launching the prime named STIP 2020 that consists of some rules and policies that control private research centers and promote public institutions involved in scientific research programs. The “National policy on S&T” also gives a positive impact on the country’s economic condition that is also observed in the current development program of the country.
