INDIA’S COMMITMENT

India has a very firm focus on science and technology. The science and technological field in India has become the key aspect of economic growth.

“India’s commitment” to science as well as technology is very important for the overall development of all economic growth. All over economic growth has been conducted by science as well as technology. The government of India has focused on the launching of STIP.  A holistic, as well as pragmatic policy associated with science as well as technology, has been launched.  India’s commitment shows that India is considered one of the topmost countries in the scientific field which will make the country more developed. In this study, it has been described that the development of science and technology will lead the country towards development. India is one of the well-developed countries which have ballistic missiles. In the sphere of space science “India’s commitment” has left a great influence.    

Normative Commitment

The mission to Mars is considered the first achievement of India. The first attempt is associated with space science. In this space science “normative commitment” is very important. Another example,  of the development of science and technology in the making of the alarm clock which is very necessary for space science. The “normative commitment” is associated with science as well as technology. The “normative commitment” is associated with the task under which all the employees have to stay and commit a particular target. The example of the “normative commitment” is associated with the obligation of the employees to stay in the organization.

The “normative commitment” refers to the feeling and the emotion of the employee to the organization and the faith that says that it is the right thing to do. Employees have a strong “normative commitment” because they have a feeling that they have to do so. The “normative commitment” is when an individual focuses on the continuity of the jobs because they have numerous responsibilities towards their organization. This kind of commitment may make the employees feel grateful to all their employers and motivate them to stay as a repayment for the investment of the company..

Commitment example

The normative commitment will improve the working culture. Suppose when the leaders or the employees are motivated and committed to the betterment of the organization. Through the organization’s “commitment example” the leaders and the employees get motivated and they feel that they also have the responsibility to commit to the job of the organization. The main party of an organization in the commitment example is associated with the willingness of the employees. Effective commitment happens while the employee wants to fulfill a particular target within the proper time. Therefore the normative commitment example will increase the motivation power of all the employees in the workshop. The commitment example will ensure the motivation of each and every organization. The main part of the commitment example is it increases productivity. It also helps to make the whole management system better. . The building or the evocation of effective commitment is very crucial. There are some steps by whom the commitment can be fulfilled. The normative commitment can be built up by evoking a firm teamwork culture. The normative commitment example is also very useful for the communication between the leaders or the team members which means the employers as well as the employees. Being transparent as well as encouraging all the members of the team is the primary or the pivotal motto of the normative commitment. Maintaining work ethics is associated with commitment examples. Therefore the commitment example will pour the proper ethics into the mind of the employer so that they can focus on more work which will increase productivity

Personal commitment

The “personal commitment” is the commitment of a particular employee who has been motivated by the organization and realized to do something for the betterment of the organization. The “personal commitment” no longer necessarily reflects the values associated with culture. The “personal commitment” is associated with keeping belief in the employee himself. The “personal commitment” is associated with the commitment which is to take the responsibility of the massive action day after day. The “personal commitment” is also associated with continuous learning. Another example of the “personal commitment” is the willingness to lose something and say no. The “personal commitment” is associated with keeping away from unethical business which will lead the employees to the way of destruction. There are some processes to attempt personal commitment on a regular basis.      These rules or steps are getting honest with you “Personal commitment” refers to the own commitment of India; the commitment is associated with the development of science as well as technology. The “personal commitment” has revealed the overall contribution of India to the development of science as well as technology. India is the topmost country in the world in the sphere of scientific research.

India has contributed a lot to the overall development of science and technology. “Personal commitment” has revealed that India has its own contribution in science which will help to enhance the growth of the economy across the country. The “personal commitment” in the field of science has taught the new generation thew to use innovative scientific techniques. “Commitment example “is also very crucial for the overall development of science as well as technology. Thus the ethics of the Government in science as well as technology is associated with the “India’s commitment”.
