The personality and abnormal behaviour are majorly found in the individuals who lose their mental ability. The abnormal behaviour of an individual refers to the disturbance in the cognitive function of an individual. The characteristics of the behaviour based on the person’s abnormality are discussed in this project which impacts changes in personality. Moreover, different causes for the unusual behavior and their effects on the person are also determined in this project. There is a great impact on a person for the abnormal behaviour which analyzes the cause of psychology in an efficient way. Therefore, the difference between normal behaviour and abnormal behaviour plays a significant role in this project based on the personality and behaviour changes of a person. 

Characteristics of Abnormal behaviour which impacts personality

The deviation of abnormal behaviour impacts the personality of a person which is the leading cause of psychological problems. However, there are different characteristics towards the change in behaviour of a person that reduces the mental ability in an effective way.

The features of abnormal behaviour are inevitable which depict personality and abnormal behaviour the growth of the person’s ability. Normal behaviour expects someone to be acted in a normal way and abnormal behaviour is something that is not accepted in the perspective of society. However abnormal and normal behaviour depends on contextual cultural values. Common people with normal behavioural attributes represent satisfactory outcome and adequate income source to accept the reality of their surroundings. Furthermore, normal people are capable of controlling their emotions. They also go through frustration and depression however possesses firm management over their emotion. Furthermore, a normal group of people consists of a large number of people and they work together without any conflict satisfactorily.

Abnormal behaviour belongs to the psychological degradation or perverted construction of the behavioural approach. According to many psychologists, abnormal people tend to act pretty normally in front of others however they cannot hide their abnormal attributes for a long time. Therefore, abnormal behaviour refers to maladjustment to society and community. Abnormal people are unable to accept the culture or any type of transformation that is happening to surround them. For example, a normal person will be petrified in front of a snake and abnormal people will stand still, however, an individual who is trained to hold a snake from childhood will not be afraid and that is considered a normal act.

Impact of abnormal behaviour in psychology

There is a huge impact due to the abnormal behaviour majorly in children and adults. The creation of distress is happen due to a change in personality. However, the unconscious process creates agree on disadvantage which leads to negative thinking in the life of a person. The humanistic approach helps in managing the cause of the abnormal behaviour which affects the deviation of various types of social norms. The evaluation of feelings, thoughts, and behaviours are the basic aspects of life that create abnormality with the differentiation of psychological issues based on the changes in personality in psychology. Therefore, education and other things get affected by the appearance of abnormality in a person. A personality disorder is one of the leading causes of abnormal behaviour which decreases the self-efficacy of a person as the part of personality and abnormal behaviour.

Therefore, the difference between the normal and abnormal behaviour of a person is analyzed in this project which helps in differentiating the aspects of the genetic patterns effectively. The social impact on a person’s life is demonstrated by mental illness and childhood trauma.
