ASC stands on an Altered State of Consciousness or mind that a condition could significantly alter from a normal or casual waking state

Introduction

ASC might be ascertained as a mental state that could be induced by several pharmacological, psychological and physiological agents that could be identified through the individual himself. It could represent an available deviation in their respective psychological functioning experience from a certain norm due to that individual through waking consciousness. There is a classification of this Altered State of Consciousness that might be helpful while an individual desires to differentiate or compare between other types of consciousness and ASCs. The classification of this ASC has been stated as per the different perceptions of some researchers such as Spontaneous, Psychological, Psychological and Physical, Pharmacological and Pathological.

PSYCHOLOGY

Altered State of Consciousness might be located within ASC and Psychological terminology having two separate meanings. Each terminology might belong to the abbreviation of the ASC within the terms of terminology. Mental and emotional conditions that might be significantly different from traditional awareness conditions through modified awareness amounts, actuality testing, affects attitude towards time and setting. It could be also stated as memory capability, alertness, and reactivity to stimulants through a better euphoria sense, oneness or infiniteness with the world. 4 states of consciousness

These 4 states of consciousness possessed wakefulness, dreaming, deep sleep and turya. The first state stands on waking states that are aware throughout the daily world. This state might be identified as universal, gross and outward-knowing. This state might be ascertained as a gross body of consciousness. The second state that is dreaming might be recognised as burning, subtle and inward-knowing. This state of mind could be determined as the subtle body of consciousness. The third consciousness state stands on deep sleep that could be underlying the grounds of uninstructed consciousness. This portion of the consciousness could be determined as the causal body of it. The fourth factor of this consciousness stands on turya could be identified as pure consciousness. This portion might be stated as the background of this state of mind that could transcend and underlie three common consciousness states. 

25 states of consciousness

There is a total of 25 states of consciousness that might consist of hypnosis, pain control and Analgesia, endurance, strength, learning, perpetual accuracy, sensory acuity, time perception, memory, forensic hypnosis, transcendental meditation, psychological effects, self-actualisation, anxiety, relaxation, restricted environmental stimulation, sleep learning etc. Apart from that, there are also some components of this ASC such as physical exercise, psychoactive substances, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, meditation, music, fasting, sleep deprivation, lucid dreaming, dance and breath work. There are several approaches to induce the altered states of different consciousness. A psychological state of altered expectations and intentions might be receptive to suggestions. Therefore, the hypnosis in this consciousness could entail the changes in a respective conscious behaviour, memory and perception and such changes could occur through the hypnotist. Mainly there are 4 types of state of consciousness.

Consciousness is a particular phrase that could be implemented to explain the awareness regarding mental and physical experience. There are lots of several states of human consciousness that could have an effect on such states of awareness. Therefore, human consciousness might often differentiate to a particular stream that could constantly alter and flow smoothly. Two common awareness states should exist in every human mind such as unconscious and conscious. Hence, unconsciousness represents the phrase of lack of awareness and whereas consciousness could represent itself as different levels of awareness. Therefore it could be referred to as the state of consciousness of a person.
