What is the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act?
The MGNREGA or “Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act” is an act created by the government of India in 2005. This is also known by the name of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act. This act helps in providing 100 days guarantee of labour work to the people of rural areas in a “financial year”.
