Food poisoning is a major issue in the world that takes lots of lives every year.

Food poisoning is caused due to consuming toxic food, polluted food, and spoiled food. Food poisoning takes several lives every year in the world. Furthermore, their symptoms are vomiting, diarrhea, and breaking the body with pain. In food poisoning, several people around the world use junk food on the roadside. Whenever the food is tainted with bacteria and food is consumed by the people it affects the body and shows the symptoms of food poisoning. Furthermore, food poisoning sometimes settles without treatment, and sometimes it affects in a humongous way. The effect of food poisoning depends on the immunity system of the people.

Food Poisoning

Food poisoning is a disease that is caused by the tainting of bacteria in food. It is caused by the consumption of toxic foods and polluted food by the people. Food poisoning is also known as a food borne illness. Food poisoning is also affected sometimes by the consumption of junk food in a public place. Furthermore, several people prefer to take junk food from the market, all people have different immunity systems in their bodies. Food Poisoning affects those people first that their immune system is weak or they are affected by other diseases however lots of people resolve the issue without treatment. 

Symptoms of Food Poisoning

Food poisoning is a major issue because it affects all people such as children, adults, and men. It is caused due to consumption of infected food by the people. The symptoms depend on the affection of bacteria that are present in the food. The symptoms can occur in a few days, a few hours, and a few weeks after being infected.

There are several of symptoms such as:

  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Fever
  • Weakness
  • Headache
  • Abdominal cramps
  • Nausea
  • Dehydration 
  • Dry mouth
  • Bloody urine

Cause of Food Poisoning

Food poisoning is caused due to the taking of inappropriate food and consumption of tenets food. People are getting lazy,they don’t heat the food moreover, that organisms don’t get killed and affect their health by causing food poisoning. Food poisoning is caused due to the bacteria, parasites, and viruses present in the food. People don’t wash their hands properly and make contact with the food. There are several causes of food poisoning such as:

  • Raw food
  • Unpasteurized milk, cheese
  • Vegetables and fruits
  • Junk food 
  • Raw flour
  • Seafood and raw selfish
  • Uncooked chicken
  • Uncooked pickles

Measures to Avoid Food Poisoning 

The treatment of food poisoning is the best way to keep the immune system strong that helps to make it healthy. Furthermore, several times people settle the disease without treatment or taking medicine that is possible due to their good immune system. All types of people such as children, youngsters, and older people get easily affected by the contact of organisms. Furthermore, to prevent the food poisoning people needs to make safety such as:

  • Wash hands properly before eating
  • Clean the dishes with hot water or soapy water
  • Wash raw vegetables and foods before eating
  • Cook food at the proper temperature
  • Defrost the food and cook immediately

Some natural medicines that are required during the food position such as:

  • Resting the body

Resting the body during food poisoning helps to heal the body, helps to feel better during the food poisoning. Furthermore, do not take any food and drinks for a few hours.

  • Hydrating with electrolytes

In food poisoning patients face the dehydration problem in their body, the electrolytes help the body during the dehydration. Dehydration is caused due to diarrhea and vomiting from the patient. 

  • Follow the brat diet

Brat diet helps to gain protein to the patience that faced the food poisoning, in this diet carry the bananas, rice, and toast.

Types of Bacteria that Occur in Food Poisoning

Bacteria are the reason for several diseases across the world and bacteria is the main reason for food poisoning. Furthermore, there are several types of bacteria that occur in food poisoning such as:

  • Shigella
  • Salmonella
  • Clostridium botulinum
  • E.coli
  • Campylobacter
  • Staphylococcus aureus

Salmonella bacteria are major in the development of food poisoning disease all over the world.
