India has several different types of art, culture, architecture and literature that make India unique across the world.

There are 22 official languages of India and different types of literature begin in these languages, it helps to influence strong traditional success in Indian culture. Bharatendu Harishchandra is known as the father of Indian literature and Sanskrit literature is the key to Indian literature from 1500-1200 BCE. The importance of family is focused on in Indian literature and drama; the Ramayana and Mahabharata are examples of the most popular texts in Indian literature.

The identification of literature of India only by their affiliation to a specific language is impossible.  Ajanta and Ellora are examples of the finest architecture part of India, UNESCO adopted that place as the world’s most famous architecture and in ancient times, Indian architecture developed itself as a high standard in all regions.

The previous culture and architecture example in the history of India is the Harappa architecture; which provides the best style of living in their time. Mostly, Indian architecture has been divided into Dravidic, Vasari and Nagara styles of architecture and all of these styles carry the lineages and better future architecture images for the next generation of India.

Temple idols, crafted lamps, wooden teapots are the various attractive handicrafts available in Kerala and they use the most unpolluted materials for their products. These make Kerala unique and beautiful in India and make a reason for a successful economy for the local and state government. The culture shows their portrayals with prosperity and greatness to explore their culture in front of the world.

The different art forms of Kerala 

Kerala was a “land of arts and festivals” and it has the most famous art forms throughout India. Kerala can add several art forms to its brilliant and rich culture and it has fine arts to assist the tourist in understanding the culture of the state and give them a social legacy on a profound level. The most famous art types in Kerala are Mohiniyattam, Theyyam, Kalaripayattu, Kathakali, Duffmuttu and many others. Kathakali is art with different Mudras and describes the various characters of Hindu Puranas and culture.

Duffmuttu, Kakkarissi, Oppana and many more art styles are the important pillars of Kerala culture. It helps to attract different national and international tourists in their states and perform their art on an international level. That helps to provide knowledge about their old culture over the world and give a chance of incoming money for the local people of their state.

Literature tradition of Kerala 

In the 12th century, Malayalam literature created a rich tradition in Kerala and limerick is the main source of their literary culture. Nalapat Balamani Amma is known as the mother of Malayalam literature and provides a new ethnicity and uniqueness in their literature. This language of Kerala literature and its grammar is high in all genres and systematic hierarchies and passing a day gives new ideas in Malayalam literature that create innovation in Malayalam literature. 

 The previous stories of Malayalam literature are associated with Sanskrit and make it the most secure language of poetry writing. Apart from this, different literary works in Malayalam are translated into different languages of India and used in different ways in India. The contributions of the Malayalam language in Indian literature are cherished and incomparable and it is also supported in European literature and helps them to give them various ideas of poetry in their languages. Lack of facility to save Malayalam literary work in Kerala creates a huge loss for the next generation of literature; the style of writing and excellent ideas of literature helps a lot for better literary work in future.

Several Traditional architectures of Kerala  

The Thachu Shastra, Silparatna and Tantra Samuchayam are the main architectural sciences adopted in Kerala and it has affected their architectural style also. The traditional style of architecture in Kerala is based on scientific principles of their traditional shastra and this  traditional house is known as Nalukettu.
