The word Culture implies a deep rooted meaning but it specifically describes the customs or ideas of a particular society. Here Indian Culture has specifically been described because of its richness and aesthetic grandeur, it is lovable to all.

The Indian society is well versed and structured in terms of its heritage and creative aestheticity. From ancient time to the modern period the Cultural uniqueness has clearly been witnessed. During the Ancient Harappan Time the bronze and various other artifacts have been found. Besides, In times of the Vedic period the great Polytheistic culture has been found. During the Gupta and Mauryan period the Buddhist and Jain Culture came into effect. In times of Medieval period Qutubminar, Tajmahal, QuwaatUl Islam Mosque are bearing the evidence of it. The Victoria Memorial at Kolkata is bearing the 20th century grandeur art of Indian although built by the British.

1. Culture

The word ‘culture’ comes from ‘Colere’, a Latin originated word that means tilling or refining. On the other hand, the Sanskrit word ‘Sanskriti’ has been derived from Sanskrit ‘Kri’ that means ‘to do’. Therefore, the word means to do something in a refined or grandeur manner. In the case of art the creation of the human is regarded as the pure version of the artistic creation of human. In the case of India the numerous examples of the highest level of the human creation has been witnessed throughout the ages be it Prehistoric, Historic period, Ancient , Medieval and Modern period of time. In the ancient times numerous sculptures have been witnessed like that of the Dancing Nataraja of theHarappan Culture is specifically regarded as one of the finest pieces of art that the human has ever produced.   

2. Culture Meaning

The word ‘culture’ broadly means that it is the general belief and the behaviour of the people and the finest piece of the creation of them. This generally means that it is the assimilation or the accumulation of the thoughts and the functions of the people that unites them from the other groups and makes them distinct from others by every means. This may be the ceremonial artifacts, ornament and clothing of the groups. In that sense, the concerned word has a very wide meaning. At the same time, the word has two distinct divisions and these are Material and Nonmaterial culture. The material means the use of all tangible things in the society. Whereas, the nonmaterial means all the intangible things that have been originated by the Indian society.

3. Indian art and Culture

The art and culture of India is very rich as has been mentioned previously. Not because of its grandeur but because of its numbers and volumes and the expansion of it almost across all ages of the human civilization of India. India has the highest collection of the intangible heritage of art across all forms i.e. Songs, music, dance, and many other forms of it. Along with that the greatest forms of paintings have been found in the Ajanta & Ellora caves of India. Along with that the viscera and the nagara form of the temple sculpture has been found here. Besides, the country has the various forms of dance like Bharat natyam, kuchipudi, Odissi, Chau, etc. that bears the liveliness of the century old culture of the magnificent country. Besides, the various musical ragas like bhairabi, kafi and various others. All these are the significant examples of the dedicative version of the art and the culture of India. The recent inclusion of the Durga Puja of Bengal as the UNESCO World Heritage is one of the major examples of the significance of Indian culture across the world. 

4. Organizational Culture

There are major types of the organizational culture and these are Adhocracy, Clean, hierarchy and market culture.  The culture of an organization means to value the system of that organization by means of creating an effective performing system that the governing body of the organization decides. Along with that it relates to the sociology, psychology of the organization that operates their business in an effective and significant manner. Besides, it can also be said that the experience of the organization is also regarded as the major part of the organization effectively. Moreover, it decides the mission vision of the organization and along with that it is very effective in motivating the employees of the organization by the long standing inheritance of the system of the ethics of the organization. 

Conclusion

In the present study the various portions of the long standing culture of India as well as of an organization has been described. Not only that, the study shows that the  country has a rich heritage in terms of the creation of the art and the unique form of the intangible art across that country. This not only gives the country a diverse seat in the world but also gives it a better system of thought processes and creative geniuses throughout the country. On the other hand, organizational ethics is also regarded as one of the major ethics of the system of the performance of the organization in an effective manner.
