WHO and UNICEF are working relentlessly for educating people but third world countries are still insufficient knowledge about sex. 

With the help of Sex education, a child can learn about “puberty, body changes and development of figure”. It allows them to know about things present in the body and also any uncomfortable as well as unwanted touches. We are in a world where cruelty is increasing every day, and children are becoming victims of sexual abuse. In most cases, they do not even understand what just happened. However, sex education allows them to gather information about any unwanted sexual advances that they might face in their life; it can be useful to ensure that their personal boundaries are not crossed. Thus, sex education allows the individuals to take informed decisions and save them from sexual abuse or exploitation . Sometimes, Sex education helps them to know about developmental reasons. Sex education meaning differs from age to age in terms of their requirement to people. 

Moreover, Sex education promotes better understanding about emotional relations and their development over time. Additionally, consent, sexual rights and reproductive health can be improved too.  It instils the seed of equality from  the  very beginning. However, new sex education information might allow people around the globe to gain information and knowledge about sexuality. It can enable them to make healthy decisions about the same. Sexual violence can be limited

     A research work highlights refusal skills training before 18 years of age (that is, saying no to sex) could be useful against penetrative sexual assault in colleges. However, there needs to be a strong association in training the individuals along with new sex education information like managing their mental health or recovering from any traumatic childhood experiences.
