Negative Marking for Special Branch Assistant Post
Negative Marking is the method of marking in which some percentage of obtained marked, get deducted due to the attempt of incorrect answers. In this marking pattern, if the Candidate attempts the wrong answer to any question, then he will get negative marks. Instead of adding, the marks of the Candidate get deducted. If the Candidate left the question unattempted in which he had a doubt, then no marks will be added or deducted for that particular question. So it is best for the Candidate that he left the question unattempted, rather than getting the marks in negative numbers.
